Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to quote and cater your event, and we do not sell or share it. Last updated 1 September 2026.
What we collect
Only what you type into an inquiry form or tell us on the phone: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, event date, venue, guest count and any dietary notes. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quote, plan your menu, and run the event. Dietary and allergy information is shared with the kitchen and service team because it affects how the food is prepared and labelled.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not add you to a marketing list from an inquiry.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
Photography at events
We sometimes photograph our own setups and food. We do not publish images of guests without written permission from the host. Tell us at booking if you would prefer no photography at all and we will note it on the event sheet.
Your choices
Email ofcsbd@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We respond within seven working days.
